The objective is this project was provide accurate and on time information for a decision support of Sunshine Management.
Management information system (MIS) plays a very important role on the organizations and it directly impacted to functions, performance and productivity of the organization. Modern world that MIS is going with the computer base ERP system.
In the past, without a computer base solution, our business processes were manual and time-consuming. However, merged with the Info Syteline ERP system enhanced productivity, efficiency in the whole organization.
Finally, when data is easily available and consistently updated, management can make the best decisions for the growth of the company.
However still our HR and tea inventory system not integrated with this ERP solution. My recommendation is we should move with the HR module and SyteLine Tea module as soon as possible.
