Overview

The proposed solution is based on Infor SyteLine ERP for integrating all the departments. As an ERP product this will provide the foundation to build the entire business solution and will provide visibility of the entire business.infor-logo

The followings are available features, but the modules that were implements as per the agreed scope with the Sunshine tea.

  • Inventory Module

The inventory module has features such as Item Master, Warehouses, Locations, FIFO, LIFO, ,Product classification, Order Max, Order Min, Lead times, Family Cods, user define codes, Purchased, Transfer items, ABC analysis, Re-order levels, Inventory aging ext.…

  • Order Processing

The customer service module consists of customer master; Order maintenance, Credit checking, Customer communication, order consolidation and sales analysis.

  • Accounts Receivable

This module will consists of order invoicing, Manual invoicing, Consolidated invoicing, Debtors ageing, Customer statement, Receipts ext.…

  • Bill of Materials

Product definition, Routing/BOM (formula/Receipt/BOM)

  • Purchasing

The vendor module has the following features, purchasing requisitions, Purchase orders, GRN and Po rejections.

  • Accounts Payable

This module consist of PO vouchering, manual vouchering, recurring voucher, Voucher posting, Credit again ext.

  • General ledger

The vendor module has the following Chart of accounts, Trial balance, Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement, Cash book, bank reconciliation, and Budget and plans ext.

  • Fixed assets

Fixed assets, Asset type, Depreciations ext.

  • HR

Employee information, Applicant information, Employees files, Training courses, Salary history, Exam and skills ext.

  • SyteLine Tea module

An add-on Tea module has been developed for the tea companies which is integrated with the standard Syteline system. This comprises of Gardens, Estates, Tea standard, Auction information, Purchase sheet, Blend sheets.

  • Reports

SyteLine has over 275 standers reports. In addition, customizes reports can be produced using Crystal Reports. Reports can be output Excel, Word, PDF, HTML and graphical outputs can be obtained in pie charts, bar graphics ext.…

These reports can be changed as per the user requirement without Kingslake involvement. If any standard report is to be changed or a new report is to be develop. These can be done by Sunshine staff.untitled
